How Your Payment Data Is Handled
When you enter your card details at checkout, that information travels directly from your browser to our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway using 256-bit SSL encryption. Brendahickscollection never sees, handles, or stores your full card number.
We only receive a secure authorisation token confirming that the payment was successful. Our system records only the last four digits of your card, the card type, and the payment reference number — nothing more.
PayPal Buyer Protection
When you choose to pay with PayPal, your purchase is additionally covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection programme. This gives you an extra layer of independent protection: if an item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, PayPal can help you obtain a full refund directly through their dispute resolution centre.
